The Amor Ministries culture is unique. We are, as individuals, driven and want nothing more than to serve God, the Mexican churches, and the groups that come with us. We all feel we have ownership in this ministry and the work that we produce reflects that attitude. Collectively, we will be louder and laugh more than any staff you have ever worked with in accomplishing those goals. We admit that it can be frightening to newer staff. It passes. Just raise your hands and scream when we go over the top.

The Amor Ministries culture is laughter. If laughter is the best medicine, then we are possibly the healthiest group of people you will ever meet. We are a rambunctious lot, but we consider one another like family.

The Amor Ministries culture is learning. We like to serve well. The only way that is possible is to be open to possibilities. That requires the attitude of a student: the ability to recognize within ourselves that we don’t know everything. If you are not of this disposition, then please, don’t apply.

The Amor Ministries culture is imperfect. We are sometimes too loud, too rambunctious, and think more highly of ourselves than we ought. We are redeemed only by the knowledge that all things are possible through God who strengthens us, including healing our imperfections.
