The Programs of Project Hope

Project Hope gives Mexican families a helping hand to survive their difficult living conditions. When you support any one of the following programs, you give each family Amor touches a chance for a better future. If you have any questions regarding the programs of Project Hope, please feel free to contact Rachel at ext 144

Children who recieved a backpack from our Amor pastors

Back to School

$25 provides a backpack for a child to go to school
In Mexico, public education is not free. Many parents not only pay a school fee and purchase uniforms, but are also required to provide all the necessary school supplies for each of their children. This is often a burden on a family who only earns roughly $30 a week.

Food Bank

$100 feeds a family for a month
Its hard to plan for the future when you are hungry today. Each month our Pastors meet parents who are struggling to meet the needs of their kids. It costs approximately $100 to feed a typical family for a month. Help provide a family in need with food for a month!

Bibles

$50 provides 10 bibles for pastors
Our Pastors have a heart to share the gospel with everyone they minister too.  By equipping Pastors with Bibles they can always be ready to share. Our Pastors are frequently requesting additional Bibles to minister in the areas they work.

Become an Advocate

Ad-vo-cate (verb) - Publically recommend or support, defend, uphold, protect, or champion. Every cause needs people who spread the word, start conversations, and cause people to believe that they can make a difference. Advocate for families in need year round with some of the ideas below.

Pray

Never underestimate the power of prayer. You can keep up to date on the prayer requests from our local pastors meetings, and read stories from staff and participants on our blog.
