Steve Horrex
Vice President of Global Expansion
Steve Horrex manages the global research and development of all the international ministry outreaches. He is responsible for our International Relations Team that represents Amor Ministries. He is also responsible for our Mexican and South African companies: Comisión de Amor, Construyendo Esperanza, and Amor Ministries South Africa.

Sheri Larson
Assistant to the Founders
Sheri Larson is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Founders.

Ryan Perkio
Director of Mission Projects
Ryan Perkio leads the operational functions of the ministry focusing on the all mission trips including planning, preparation, material procurement, logistics, camps, property, customer service, group oversight, safety, communication structure, building areas, and assuring Amor is following the guidance of the church's opportunities for ministry.

Andy Lyde
Director of Mission Education
Andy Lyde leads the internal and external education function of the ministry including team member training, organization development, spiritual life, internships & volunteer programs, group curriculum, community development through education, and appropriate technologies.

Luke Makwakwa
Director of South Africa Operations
Luke Makwakwa is actively responsible for the development and implementation of ministry Strategic Initiatives for South Africa as well as direct oversight of team members and activities to uphold and achieve them. Directing manager of the South Africa Operations team responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the field operations in South Africa.

LaDonna Barron
Director of Mission Services
LaDonna Barron provides direction for relationships with group leaders, supports the Mission Trip Coordinators, and reports on current stats and project participant numbers budgetary planning.

Forrest Fowler
Project Services Manager
Forrest Fowler manages the areas of international property, fleet, asset management, group resources, planning, and preparation.

Blair Illingworth
Business Manager
Blair Illingworth oversees the ministry's core business functions worldwide while providing counsel for other ministry leaders and supervision for business function specialists.

Jon Wilson
Baja Field Manager
Jon Wilson leads the Baja California, Mexico Field Team in their assignments and training. He coordinates our participating groups with their projects, field specialist and camping location.

Jeff Ahlberg
Business Development Manager
Jeff Ahlberg identifies and develops potential support for the ministry by building relationships with corporations and foundations.  He seeks out ways to connect with the local philanthropic community to build financial support for Amor programs.

Andrea Imel
Mission Trip Coordinator
Andrea Imel assists and supports group leaders as they plan their Amor Mission Trips. She forms relationships with group leaders through the course of their interactions.

Clint Barnes
Field Specialist
Clint Barnes works with groups in Mexico on building projects to guide and facilitate their needs. When in the office, he helps with graphic design needs.

Dan Quezada
Logistics Coordinator
Dan Quezada assists in the development of ministry properties in Mexico and the maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Additionally, he oversees the rental tool program and seasonal camp setup and support services.

Erin Lyde
Integration Specialist
Erin Lyde is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training new employees, human resources functions, and oversees the Project Nexus and Year-Long Internship programs.

Erin Illingworth
Public Relations Specialist
Erin Illingworth develops and executes a wide variety of communication to generate positive publicity for the Ministry that supports the strategic and operating goals of Amor Ministries.

Fernando Sanchez verifies materials at the project sites and verifies family biographies.

Howard Major
Program Specialist
Howard Major provides support and oversight for special field related projects, projects around the Global Headquarters building in San Diego, and works with the Clean Water for Life program providing logistical support where needed.  He also works closely with our volunteer programs to train incoming volunteers on field specific items.

Josh Armentano
System Architect & Developer
Josh Armentano manages and maintains information technology including web site development and software engineering. He also manages all IT functions for the ministry.

Kamar Chafi
Field specialist & Appropriate Technologies Program Coordinator
Kamar Chafi assists groups building in the field and is in charge of research and development for appropriate technologies and their application in Amor’s work.

Katie Quezada
Executive Assistant
Katie Quezada assists 6 members of the Amor team with various projects that they have. She answers the phones, helps prepare for meetings and events, schedules lead-ins, puts together camp maps, and chairs the party planning committee.

Luis Millan
International Relations Representative
Luis Millan develops and maintains relationships with city and state officials in Mexico. He serves as a liaison between the ministry and these officials.

Marolin Stempson
Donor Services Coordinator
Marolin Stempson enters all of the participation forms into Mission Control, designates all money given, charge credit cards/monthly gifts, manages constituent database.
