San Carlos Field Volunteer
An Amor Ministries Field Volunteer supports the Amor Ministries Team Members on the worksite and at Amor Ministries camp.
We are looking for volunteers with experience in framing, plumbing, or electrical work, or volunteers that have any general construction skills to help complete some of houses currently under construction. The primary role will be to use each volunteer’s expertise on specific stages of each house.
We are also looking for volunteers to serve as an Amor representative on a worksite; previous construction experience is not required. The primary role of a San Carlos Field Volunteer is to meet the needs of a group during their trip, and empower the group members throughout their experience. This may include you picking up a hammer and helping build or it may mean simply encouraging the group participants. You will be a representative of Amor Ministries and act as a liaison between the group and Amor Ministries. The most important quality of a San Carlos Field Volunteer is his/her attitude of service.
