Participating in Amor trip is not about feeling good about yourself, "giving back", simply building a home, or meeting the practical needs of the poor. It's a step in living the life of service God calls each and every one of us to live.

As you step outside your community, you will be immersed in a week of bucket showers, sleeping in tents, campfires, building a relationship with a Mexican family, cement mixing, hammering, sore arms, and the chance to interact with the community in which you will be working.
