Field Services Team Leader
Dan Quezada oversees logistics responsibilities in Baja California and Puerto Peñasco, including the maintenance of vehicles and equipment, the construction of seasonal camps, the rental tool program, and group support services. Additionally, assists in the development and maintenance of ministry property in Baja California.

Erin Lyde is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training new employees, human resources functions, and oversees the Project Nexus and Year-Long Internship programs.

Forrest Fowler guides groups to and throughout Mexico. Manages groups while they are building in Mexico. Takes care of all needs of the groups on the field. Assists with organizing and planning field logistics.

Jeff Ahlberg identifies current and potential markets then devises positioning strategies to affect those markets. Selects and staffs conventions. Assists with graphic design. Serves on the development team.

Luis Millan develops and maintains relationships with city and state officials in Mexico. Serves as a liaison between the ministry and these officials.
