Amor begins preparations for Mission Trip projects nearly a year before participants arrive. In order to meet our commitments to the Mexican pastors, home recipients, material vendors and you – our partner in ministry, we ask you to abide by the following:
Payment Policy: A financial penalty of 10% of total Mission Trip fees may be charged to your account if financial due dates are missed.
Payment Due Dates: You have committed to make payments at agreed upon dates based on your arrival. If a due date is missed, an additional fee of 10% of total Mission Trip fees may be charged to your account.
Mission Trip Cancellation: Because of the amount of preparation invested, we request a 90-day notice if you can no longer attend your Father Figure Trip. If you cancel your participation less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 40% cancellation fee based on your total fees will be due to Amor Ministries.
Rain Check/Refund Policy: If the minimum participants for your Father Figure trip are not met 1-month prior to arrival date, Amor will be forced to cancel the trip. In the event of Amor canceling your Father Figure trip, we will refund all fees paid, including your registration fee. If Amor Ministries determines that an evacuation is necessary due to conditions out of the ministry’s control, a pro-rated schedule of fees will be established and applied as a credit to a future Mission Trip. If you voluntarily leave prior to your scheduled departure date, no credit will be given.
Outstanding Balance: Any balance due from a prior Mission Trip must be paid in full before we can accept your registration for a new Mission Trip and all payment due dates must be met in the future.
